the right home for you

Making the right choice is essential when selecting a home and there are many factors to consider. What's important is for you to feel at home in comfortable surroundings and to be confident in the professionally structured care.

You will have your own spacious room with en-suite facilities and we will do everything possible to make sure you feel happy and relaxed. Often we feel most at ease with our personal belongings around us, so we invite you to bring small items of furniture, ornaments, pictures, photographs and special mementos to make it your home.

The team at Appletree Court have much experience in understanding the needs of the residents in our care and on arrival at Appletree Court we will introduce you to our team who will assist you whilst you settle in. You are welcome to hold a house warming tea party and invite family and friends to see your new home.

Appletree Court offers a range of services for long and short stays and we are able to meet your changing needs as they arise, giving you peace of mind.

About the Manager

“I trained as a nurse in the 1970`s at the Prince of Wales Hospital in North London. I believe I bring to Appletree Court vast knowledge and skills from various healthcare settings in the NHS and charitable sector. Having completed a Degree in Nursing and an MSc in Inter-professional Healthcare means a proven track record of achievement, founded on strong leadership skills and innovation. Having completed a ‘Dementia Care Matters’ course, I have implemented person centred dementia care plans, life stories and a range of therapeutic activities for people with dementia at Appletree Court. I am passionate about people living with dementia and I want to look after our residents as well as their loved ones who form an integral part of life at Appletree Court.
